RPM Outlet - BUYER BEWARE

Buyer beware of RPM Outlet. I want to pass along the problems that I had with RPM Outlet so maybe someone else might not get dinged by them too. I ordered my SLP LM exhaust and the AEM Brute Force Intake. The delivery arrived in just a few days. That was great. The exhaust was great but the AEM was replaced by a K&N intake. I did not order it but they sent it. So, I jumped on the phone right away to try to get the problem resolved. I was told that I had to do this on-line and could not take care of it on the phone. So, I sent an email explaining the problem and asked for it to be taken care of. I got the Auto respond back from them saying they received my email and I would be contacted in the next day or 2. Well, a week went by and nothing. So, I sent another email. Same thing. I tried one more time and nothing. So, I called again. This time someone told me to send an email asking that my order be canceled and my money refunded. So, I did this. Another week and nothing. So, I called again and worked my way up the line until someone would talk to me. He contacted the exchange department and they said that they did not receive my emails. Yeah right. I got the auto response saying that they did. So, I forwarded it directly to him. He got it while we were on the phone and he sent it to eh exchange department. I have heard nothing since then. But, here is what he told me. I have to get an RMA # from them to send back the part that I did not order or want. I have to pay for it to be sent back. Only then will I be issued a refund. But, I have to wait for the RMA # before any of this happens. So, I have contacted my credit card so they can try to get my money back for me. I have forwarded all of the info to them. I have looked them up with the Better business Bureau and guess what I found. They have done this before to other customers. So, buyer Beware. I will not do any business with them in the future. No thanks. I will probably not get my money back, but I will leave a trail of complaints wherever I can.
