Welcome to the Forum...

I do not at this time have an extended warranty but I will be getting one when my factory one is set to expire in a few months. If your car is still under warranty, I'd suggest going to your dealer and inquiring about the GMPP. Take that link with you with a quote from the warranty broker. Compare rates and coverages to the GMPP.

Call this place.....
www.gmoutlet.com/2001gmpppricing$$.html

and get a quote then compare it to your dealer and the broker. Use their "wholesale" rate as a bargaining chip to get a better rate locally.

IMO a broker is a middle man, I don't like dealing with "middle men." They state.... "We will negotiate on your behalf , on any gray area claim disputes with provider administrators, on a case by case basis."

Not sure what there is to negotiate, the bill, inferior parts?

From reading the advertisement, they give the illusion they are Pontiac linked but they state they are independent brokers, If your car was a Chrysler their heading would read Chrysler Warranties.

I was given a brief overview from my dealer that the GMPP picks up where the factory warranty lets off, of course there will be some exclusions. I plan on sitting down and going over it in detail as the time nears.

I don't know anything about this outfit but anytime you can cut out a middle man and deal direct you will generally save.
