I bought my 04 in 2006 with 21K miles for 18,900. So that price isn't that bad. However, these cars have depreciated since then. I would definitely print out the Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds recommended prices, and bring those with you.

I absolutely love my Goat, it has close to 60K miles on it. Mine is one of the few that has had some substantial issues with it, mostly with leaks and the drivetrain, but I bought the 100,000 warranty on it, which I highly recommend to do, it's well worth it. I've just fixed the problems that have occured, I guess because I'm a patient man with my Goat. Because when she's running good, she's a monster!

Give it a good lookover, and good luck with your purchase!
