New member / Mustang owner

Been a lurker for a while but just registered and posted. I recently started reading the car forums again after buying a 2008 Mustang GT. The car is a 5-speed with 3.55 and all the options in metallic silver. Just got the car in the end of Feb and have added a C&L CAI and tune from Brenspeed via SCT X3.

I read the Mustang forums but also check out the GTO and Camaro and Vette forums as well as some others. I like muscle cars and like to keep up with the new breed of muscle cars so I read everything.

I love the Mustang's looks but wish it had a bigger motor. Love the GM LSx motors but don't like the styling of the GTO and can't justify the cost of the 'Vette. Not a big fan of newer Dodges, although the Challenger is cool looking. So Mustang is my car for now, although I'm not loyal to any one brand as long as it's American muscle. I've owned 2 GMC and 3 Ford trucks so I tend to switch back and forth.

I promise you won't see me posting stories about how my stock GT killed a C6 'Vette.
