Yes, the diffs are the same. But the drive shaft yokes are different. So it isn't a direct bolt in. I did a little research. So if I can find the correct yoke from someplace I may still be interested since its a great deal on this diff! I'm getting the extra diff so I can drop in a set of 3.91 gears.
