A/C blower

I am working on a 1967 GTO and I was wondering if any one has a suggestion on how to make the air conditioning blower move more air. I have replaced the blower with the correct type. I have completely gone through the system including removing the evaperator and cleaning it, cleaning and sealing all the ducts, sealed the evap housing to the cowl, sealed the blower housing to the firewall. replaced faulty vacuum servos, verified proper operation of all HVAC components. After all this the volume of air comming from the vents has increased but still feels inadequate.
