Clutch Problems

Really noisy when the clutch is engaged. I can feel vibration in the pedal. I can't find any information on the throwout bearing at all. Can anyone explain to me the arrangement of the slave cylinder, throwout bearing, etc.? Any sources for an aftermarket bearing? I read something about the F Body Pontiac bearing fitting the '04 after changing the fitting. Can anyone provide more information? Also, is there a factory service manual available for this vehicle. Many thanks.
