Welcome to the Forum.

I'm oh so patiently waiting on a W/C settlement myself for my classic. I know exactly what you are going through. You will hear more negative than positive issues with this car. Most with no problems don't post it.

When you find one, try to get one with warranty left and spring for the GMPP. I am not a fan of extended warranties but I just got one for mine being they are so expensive to get fixed if something major sidelines it. I got a 3/36 No deductible for 1595. I thought it was a good deal.

Of course doing your homework and getting a history count on the car you choose will set your mind at ease instead of going blind in to one.

Good Luck on your search.
