Your e-bay link did not work so I could not see the part.
The part is cheap enough to go right to the company IMO. You'll get the right part that way.
Can be done in 5 minutes once the car is lifted and it works great.
Can't help you on plate issue though. Perhaps a filler will hold the screw and cover the crack for the new plate bracket.
