When you say stock rear, is that a Chevy 10"? I am planning on putting in a LS3HC in my '65 and currently researching what I do with the rear. On my Jeep, planning on an Auburn locker as they have gotten some great reviews. Like the LSD default with the electric locker. Jeep has a 2000 LS1 so puts out a pretty decent HP. Also, the Eaton units get rave reviews on the Jeep forum, but a little bit more $$.
