I bought a 66 GTO in high school as a project, but after going to college my parents moved away (they used to live 40 minutes from where I went to school allowing me to work on it) leaving me with a project that I just can't finish anymore. The car has a Pontiac 455 that has been rebuilt and has zero miles on it. The car also comes with brand new headers from Doug's Headers and a brand new exhaust system from Pypes Performance Exhaust. Car also has new Crager ss wheels and tires. The car is in fairly good shape rust wise, but new rear quarter panels and a new trunk pan would probably be desired. The driver's side door is a door off of a lemans. The frame is in good shape. The car has an automatic transmission. This car is not driveable. The rebuilt engine is in a crate and I removed the bumper, front quarters, hood and headlights, but I still have all of the parts. I also removed the shocks and springs as I was preparing to install a new suspension. Other than that, the car is intact. I have the PHS documentation for the car and it has a clean title. Would make a great cruiser for someone.

I will be leaving for Europe to study abroad in August and the sale of this car will be helping me finance this trip, so I'm in a bit of a hurry to sell. I am hoping to get out of it the cost of what I payed for it as well as the cost of the brand new ceramic coated Headers and Pypes Street Performance exhaust system, and am asking 6,500 for it, but am very willing to negotiate.
This car is located in metro Detroit.
Here are a few photos, please e-mail me or PM if you would like specific pictures and I will get all the photos you want of anything you want.
