Fully Restored 1968 Pontiac GTO Convertible
Car has been restored to factory specs. Correct Alpine Blue in Dupont base/clear, interior is aqua. New rear quarters. The rest of the body panels were removed and then chemically dipped as they had light surface rust only and then epoxy primered. The drivetrain is the correct vintage but not #'s matching 400-4v 360hp with TH400 on the column and 3.55 rear. All suspension, exhaust, braking components have been replaced. Car has power steering and power brakes along with original Rally II wheels. This car is absolutely beautiful to look at, and an even greater pleasure to drive. I have a boot cover for the top as well. I am asking $30000 for the car which is still significantly below NADA and Manheim Gold valuations for the car. I visited Carlisle this past weekend and saw vehicles priced the same as mine that were full of bondo and rust. You will not find a better vehicle in this condition for the price. I will entertain a partial trade of a low mileage 1995-up Z28 Convertible, Trans-Am LT1 Convertible or low mileage SUV 4X4 and the balance in cash.
