What do you think this 1970 GTO 455 is worth?

Hello...Great forum...

A friend of mine asked me to give him a hand selling his GTO, It's not a numbers matching car, however was born a 455....The boring automatic was replaced with a 4 speed Manual in the late 70s...

What do you guys think it's worth and do you have any ideas of where to I market it?

The car looks nice man, but in my opinion, he's started about $10k too high. For a non numbers matching car, you're never gonna see mid 30s.
