wtb: gto wheels track and winter

Looking for a complete set of gto wheels for track use. Also may need a set of winter tires. 17 or 18 doesn't matter, but 17s are cheaper to refit when worn (track) and makes for better winter profiles.
Preferably Chicago area and if drop off is possible its a + (for I live in Europe and need shipping from there.)
