Last night, I was just cruising around enjoying the car when out of nowhere I hear a big engine pull up beside me at wot. It was a orange 72 goat, and it sounded great! We complimented each other on our goats and he asked if i wanted to go from a 25 mph roll. Now since I am still learning the art of driving a manual, I told him that would be fine since I am still a little rough around the edges with launching. So, while still in first, we go and I pull a car and a half on him. I shifted to 2nd and half way through I decided to shut it down since I didnt want to endanger anyone and I was pleased with the goats performance to that point. After that we talked some more about our cars and after seeing his goat in person, I really have a better appericiation of the goat's heritage, and it was great that my first test was against another goat. Hopefully in the future we will be able to take them to the track and see how they compare in the 1/4 mile. Yep, it was a good night for tap and the goat!
