Drag Radial Question

I have a set of 245/45r17 Nitto drag radials and I was wondering what the best air pressure to run these at the track..... any info would help!

I've always run mine around 18 - 20 psi and got good results. On my vette witch was an auto I would get consistant 1.8 to 1.9 60 ft's and with my z06 I was able to pull some high 1.7's.

I settled on 18psi after I found I was spinning on the rim at 16psi, and 20 was usually too much. I would say you will be happy with 18-19psi.

You run the highest you can. Every car is different. Start at 22 and work your way down. When you stop getting quicker, go back up to where it was previous. Best on my WS6 was 17. Best on my TTA was 20-22. I'll be taking the goat soon to the track to figure out where to set it.
