Stock Ls2 Gto Vs Modded Sti

This is my buddy's '05 sti.

Hes got FULL bolt ons, running 18-20 psi on stock turbo Fully Tuned in Atlanta by topspeed on an awd dyno.

Puts out 300awhp 325 awtq

That's the thing about all wheel drive. It consumes a lot of power as the speed increases. Unless of course you have massive amounts of power. I'm not sure how aerodynamic the STi's are but the frontal area on them probably aren't that great.
