Stock times on 6.0 manual

I have seen alot of different times on a 6.0 manual GTO but I dont have access to a 1/4 mi. track in my area, only 1/8 mi. On a stock 6.0 GTO manual, what kind of times would I expect to see through the 1/4 mi. given I was a good driver. Also, Is there a big drivetrain loss between auto and stick in the GTO's?

12.9 is very do-able provided you launch right (2.0 or less) and hit every shift

I hit a 12.895 as my best. As an average, I would say it was 13.2 and 108 mph. Heat really slows the LS2 down. Mid summer the average is more like 13.5 at 106 and late fall and early spring you squeak the 13.0's and high 12's if you're lucky and good.
