Your best kill ever

List them here!

When I first started driving I went through about 20 VW beetles, cut them up into dune buggies, three wheelers, conversion kits, I had mods from headers to dual carbs to high ratio rockers, big bore kits, lightweight BAJA kits, big tires ect. One BAJA beetle had a pancake FI engine from a type III with a tee pee exhaust, nice chrome wheels and a slick paint job. I came up on a sweet looking Monty Carlo with side pipes and all jacked up in the back, hood scoop. I`d ride up along side him in third gear and when I got door to door I`d nail second and go like hell.....of course he`d hit passing gear and blow me off....this went on about three or four times with him beating me easily. Then the last time I pull along side and hit second gear, he kicks her down and the tranny exploded all over the road! White smoke just billowing out from underneath as he pulls off the road into a parking lot....I just stuck my hand out the window and waved as I drove by. I wonder how it went over when he told his buddies he got beat by a beetle!
Not the most spectacular, but the funnest kill I had.

I had a 1986 Mustang GT. It had some work done to it and was pretty close to 275 wheel hp. It was extremely fast for it's time, low 13's at a time when a real fast car was high 14's, but still very stock sounding. It had heads, a mild cam, headers, with flowmasters, but they weren't loud till you really got on it. It was balanced and blueprinted. It had a larger throttle body, a CAI, and the computer had a chip or was reprogrammed, I'm not sure which. I had a torque converter and the tranny was beefed up.It also had 3.27 gears. I also had about $4000 in suspension work to it. A friend of my brothers in oil City Pa built it. The guy built engines for Joe Amato, a drag racer at the time. My guess is total I had $10,000 in the engine, 4k in the suspension, another 3k in the tranny plus about 3k in other stuff. So this car had 20k in mods on a $13,000 car.

I was dating a girl that was real hot too. We were out in the car, with the sunroof out and the windows down. We were cruising the srtip, RT 22, in Monroeville Pa. We came up to a light beside a Ferrari 308 GTS. That happened to be Ronda's favorite car. So she is just staring at this car.

The guy, about 18 or 19 years old, makes a comment, I remember it exactly to this day. He said " Why would somebody waste their money on a piece of SH!T like that." Then he laughed and said to my girlfriend that she should jump into his car with him and his girlfriend. Then there was a couple other comments.

I kept my mouth shut and revved the engine once to let him know what I was thinking.

He revved back and won that part of the battle. A Ferrari just flat sounds awesome.

The light turned green and by the top of first I had him by a car or so. Then then I hit second got traction and just walked him like he was driving a little girls car. By the time we had to brake for the next light I had 8-10 cars on him.

At the next light I said real loudly to my girlfriend. " Can you believe someone would waste their money on a slow, overpriced car like that. What an idiot." Then I added, "Maybe Daddy should up your allowance so you can get a real car. Either that or you can get a job."

My girlfriend was laughing at him and his grlfriend was laughing at him. It just plain and simple felt great.

My best kills this year were a C5 Zo6 and a modded and pullied 03 Cobra At Atco raceway. I dont think there was a single person in the entire place that would have betted a skittle would take out a Vette and a Cobra.

Below is my first and best kill thus far, more to follow...

2007 Jaguar XKR

He was behind me for about 2 miles on a local main street, kept punching it and backing off. We both turned right onto a three lane street, him right beside me at this point. As we approached the light it turned green; I was in 2nd. at about 3000 RPM. We both punched-it at the same time and he was no more than small dot in just a few seconds. First time I have reved it out after installation of AEM cold air and throttle body spacer. These cars never fail to impress me. He was shocked to say the least. XKR's have a 4.2 with 420 stock HP. Not sure what his problem was, should have been a closer race...

Yea I know... I have quite a few buddies who have gone through it.

Imagine if Barrett Jackson got into the divorce business. Only the rich could afford it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Seriously...... Mine was a 72 NOVA who pulled along side me and called me out by gunning it and leaching forward. I ignored him as he was gunning it but my wife didn't. She insisted. So I gave him a 1/2 car length head start.... As he pulled away she screamed "What are you waiting for???????!!!??" I punched it.. I hit second I was even, I hit 3rd I began to pull away. I hit 4th he was 3-4 car lengths behind before he turned with arms flailing.

For all the ricers in their fart cans who call me out, all I can do is laugh. There is no way I could hang with them with tears running down my face.

That cop when i was doing my 110mph run in a 55...

Seriously? a '79 trans am, had drags and all. Funny thing is now the kid works for me (two months later) and his excuse was that he had some bad lifters on his 400 small block so it was "floating" at 5grand.

A wins a win right?
