Magnusson Blower?

I am new to the forum. I am an owner of bone stock 04 GTO A4 with 20000 miles for about a week. I will be taking it to the dyno tomorrow. I need to modify the car! Cannot hang with SL 55 or Lambourghini but the SL 500 is toast. I will buy the magnusson blower. Without any other mods is the magnusson blower legitimate?
According to Magnuson it adds 110 hp and similar torque. If I were to add the SLP exhaust system will that get the car to the 500 bhp, any opinions. I will be posting the dyno results as soon as I can get them. Any advice is aprreciated. I plan to eventually install some great heads and a camshaft as well. For now just the supercharger.

Honestly I would go with a procharger instead. The procharger with an intercooler will give you 50-55% hp increase at 7 psi. Ive seen C5 Vettes with a procharger on it and that was their only mod making around 550 flywheel hp. Here is more info on it if you are interested.

i work with a guy who has the a '99 lingenfelter vette with the magnacharger. his engine stock was 345hp, with the optional pulley that he bought and put on himself for a little over $100, he's got 540hp. hope this helps. by the way, it's the same maggie that they use for the goats.

No! From what I was told you can gain between 15 and 20 rwhp for each PSI of increased boost. And that also depends on the tuning that will have to come with the smaller diameter pulley. Plus the supporting mods will affect the hp increase as well. The rwhp after my Maggie install went from 365 to 452 at 5.5 psi (87 rwhp increase after tuning was complete). That puts me at 15.8 rwhp per boost psi. So to be honest with you you're actually spending between $500 - $600, depending on the price of the tune + the price of the pulley for approximately 16 rwhp.

100 hp for $100? lol. no no no, u already have to have the maggie supercharger setup, which is like, 6 to 7000 dollars. you buy a different pully which changes the amount of boost. f150 lightnings are easily modded out the same way with their superchargers for just as cheap.
