My first "new" GTO

Hello everyone,
I just purchased my first new GTO and this car really got a bad rap. I have had many cars and this Aussie import is sweeeeet.
My first goat was a '68 and my second and third were 67's...I regressed a year.
I had the one 67 until 86. Should have never sold it.

Well I sold my 01 Firehawk vert and my 04 Z06/Z16 last week and could not be without some HP. So I bought an 06 GTO with the SLP 455 Bobcat package installed from a cool little Pontiac dealer near me. So far after a drive to and from Connecticut and back; I'm lovin' it.
And I think I can say this after owning 2 Z06's and countless other cars equipped with "go fast" parts.
And for what this monster has it has to be the best bang for the buck!!!!!!:

And now if I can just find those damn grill inserts.

Welcome Firehawk. I think I took the same path as you. 2000 Coupe and then a 2002 ZO6. Went with no HP for a coupla years and had to get back to it. The goat is a very decent ride. It is Methadone for the ZO6.
