Your owner's manual will tell you all about the Overspeed Setting and how to change it.

If you scroll through the menu on the dash, on the left, it says O/speed. Hold the mode button until it says off.

75 mph Overspeed warning

For all you new owners.... Don't take this as being cocky, or arrogant... but I think it would be a great idea for you guys to get your owners manual out and get behind the wheel with the motor off and familiarize yourself with the functions of the car. A great thing to do when the weather outside is frightful.

Ask as many questions as you want.... we were all newbies too, and the knowledge of the guys in this board is invaluable and many will be eager to assist, but you'll learn so much just by reading the manual doing the step by step process of the workings of the computer. Actually, the computer is pretty much self explanatory just by playing around with the settings. If you screw something up, you can always default it to the factory settings.
