Looking for the guy who gave away a free hood last summer in ill
I am rebuilding a GTO, and last summer I found a guy in south eastern Ill who was giving away a free red hood to anyone who came and picked it up. I made the trip to get it and I lost all of my emails. As of right now, I can not pass inspection of the car because the state thinks the parts are stolen. I want to say the guy was a professor at a university, and he was also selling a smokers kit. Any help would be nice.
