Bakersfield? GTO help

It's a long shot...but anyone happen to know where I can get some GTO help in Bakersfield, CA? I'm learning but am not very mechanically inclined and I want to get my beautiful GTO running like a new car. Right now I have some sort of carburetor problem and I think the whole engine is falling apart piece by piece (not to mention I'm not even sure it's a pontiac engine under the hood). I'm looking for someone to do an engine overhaul and make it run like new (before part II which is dealing with the rust). Any ideas?

Brandon

You check out Cruzer's on Rosedale Highway? I've heard good things...

NP!

There's another hot rod shop on Rosedale... "Tims" or "T3" or something like that...

I just know that the guys in Cruzers are pretty cool, and, like I said, they seem to have a good rep.
