'06 GTO P/S reservoir cap replacement?

I've somehow lost the power steering reservoir cap/dipstick on my LS2, and am finding nothing for parts online or at any store. Does anyone know where I can order a new one?

Here is another assembly with cap

GM OEM-Power Steering Pump Reservoir Tank 92202130 | eBay

The cap pn: 92140393, but most dealers that list it want over $50.00 just for the cap. More than you can get the assembly for on ebay or HP11's link
