Dealer updating computer?

Had a quick question: Just took my goat in for service. When I got it back it felt different as if the computer had been adjusted. The car shifts differently and seems to chirp the tires a little more under moderate acceleration. Will service dept. do updates to the computer when you bring it in for service?

They are prone to reflash the computer on almost any repair, especially if it requires the battery to be disconnected. On my Z, I always have the write on ticket, Do not reflash computer.
