Head and cam question

I'm looking at LS6 heads and cams for my M6. I'm not really a car engine guy. I know my way around inline 4 and v twin motorcycle race engines, but thats another subject. Any recomendations for things to be done along with heads and cams such as heavier push rods or computer tune. I live in the sticks of NC and my resources are limited in this area, except for the dealer. Any advice will be appreciated.

As far as tuning, you have one of the best down there in Jeff Creech at www.carolinaautomasters.com

You should talk to some of the sponsors about what they'd recommend. It depends on cam to get springs and pushrods, etc. The accessories of the cam are dictated by the specs of the cam.

You need to come up with a plan of your goals and then attack that.

have you opened up the exhaust system headers and such, if not you will not get the fullgains from headwork and cams.
