Hot Air

I have another GOAT quirk kind of question.
My heater control knob has approxiamately 10% of it dial rotation that will give me any heat out of the dash or defrost.
In other words, all the way clockwise or back 1 or 2 clicks for heat, anything else is cold air.
Sometimes, if I have it on full heat, it will rotate back a couple of clicks. "from vibration?"

Someone please tell me I'm normal
Or at least whether or not my GTO is

My knobs stay where I leave them. I get warm air with the a/c off from the 10 o'clock position on. Sounds like your system needs dealer attention - may be miss rigged or have another fault.
