What's up with my clutch? :(

Everytime I race the clutch pedal seems to get really soft...as if the clutch fluid isn't holding up. It's a brand new car w/ 4K miles...WTF?! I've heard about this happening with the M6 C5's, it's because the fluid wasn't holding up. The guy with the C5 changed fluid to a name brand fluid and never experienced the problem again. What should I do? Spend the $$$ on the fluid and do a change or just take it to the dealer? Any/All help is appreciated.
