Woman drivers I tell ya. Truck driver probably veared to the left lane to make the right turn onto the small street, lady probably did not think that the truck driver was going to make a right so she decided to pass or make a right also while the truck was turning. So many possibilities like trucker did not have turn signal, he did not look in his mirrors, lady trys to outrun truck who knows.
