can a A4 '04 GTO pull away from a M6 RX8 on the freeway by much?

I'm factoring power to weight ratio where it seems like a smaller margin,,,,,,

I believe automatics are usually faster than manuals in passing times...I can't see the RX-8 being faster than an LS2 GTO...

Not what I meant.

The GTO will be faster, but if u take the least powerful one with A4 vs. a RX8 with M6 then it shouldn't be like a bus length or more (like I did with Rod, the sore loser flybye Camaro 5 SS that got spanked).

In case anyone missed the memo:

Maggied GTO kills a 2010 SS Camaro

I did miss the memo but I still think an LS1 2004 A4 GTO will pull on a stock M6 RX-8...even with the weight disparity...handling will be another matter...but you did say pull...I think it will...(but I have a 2006 and I never went up against an RX-8)
