That was GOOD.... I have no time for pro sports anymore. There is no integrity any longer. As long as people pay to see them they will continue to feed the players habit.
I live in the area of Landis, the tour de france cheater. Most swear he is innocent. His mother who is strict mennonite who shun the spotlight was in her glory when he was competing for the yellow shirt...She was on every TV channel and every paper giving interviews and enjoying the fame and lime light she was reveling in. When the scandal broke she went into seclusion. Her family was embarrassed.
When Landis returned home he got a heroes welcome. Of course he maintains his innocence. People paid serious money to take a bike ride with him as they went on a local tour. The money went towards the appeal he filed so he said......Thing is all these abusers who are caught are still honored and treated like gods. Pete Rose cheated, he paid the ultimate price.
Maguire etc will make the HOF. SAD
