Future Owner

Hey all,
I'm Eric and I don't own a GTO yet. I am graduating in a couple years and am thinking of a nice present for myself. I am thinking about a '66 or '67. I am here mostly for information right now along the lines of price range, how to determine between a real GTO and LeMans, and other, clones.
Any information would be greatly appreciated, just point me in the right direction.

Thanks

You have time so this forum is a good start. In the Spring get out to a GTO gathering so you can visually see some and talk to the owners. If you have no other personal connections to GTO's in your life- you can't beat a real visual.

welcome! '66 and '67s are my favorite. I am very biased but whatever. I agree about going to car shows. Walk around and talk to people, alot of older guys will talk your ear off about GTOs forever. Also if you start looking at one, just post what your looking at and im sure there will be many of us willing to critique it and help you make an educated buy.
Good luck!
~Tyler
