Bought my Blue Charcoal '65 tripower 4 speed car for $1200 back in 1982 when I was 21 years old, about 6 hours after I lost my job. I just HAD to buy it! Bought my '67 ragtop a year later for $1800---it was pretty used up when I got it. Still have both, and appreciate them more and more every time I drive them! Only problem is, kids ask me if "I'm the original owner?" (c'mon...I was 6!) Of course, I tell them yes.....
