FS: 2002 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 Sport 5-speed in CT

Up for sale is my 2002 Jaguar X-Type Sport 3.0. AWD, 5-speed manual transmission, Sport package.

I'm the second owner of this vehicle and it was purchased at Darien Jag and serviced at Crest Jaguar of Woodbridge. I have an extensive service record through my ownership which started in September 2005. I'm a professional Porsche tech, so I've kept the car very well in both physical and mechanical conditions.

Details:
3.0L V6 with sport suspension and stick-shift.
Adriatic Blue with cream leather interior, sport buckets, and sunroof.
17" Sport alloys with Conti-Touring tires.
New EBC Redstuff brake pads, new front rotors.
Upper and lower Genuine Jaguar Type-R stainless mesh grill inserts. Original grill available.
Extensive service records.
Balance of 6 yr. / 100K mi warranty until April 2008.
65K miles
$16,000 OBO.

Vehicle is located in Fairfield County, CT.

The common issues with the early X-Types have already been addressed on this vehicle, most during my ownership and all work was performed by Crest Jag, Darien Jag, and Jake Kaplan's Jaguar (RI) under warranty. The A/C compressor was replaced to to a bad clutch assembly, the AWD unit was recently replaced due to a leak, the driveshaft was replaced due to a bad carrier bearing, the front catalytic converter failed and was replaced, and the steering rack seals have been replaced with the update kit to stop the steering noises. The driver's seat frame also has been replaced so it doesn't rock back and forth anymore.

The services up to 50K were performed by Jaguar, but I performed the 60K myself using Mobil1 and a genuine Jag oil filter. Recent A/C system, coolant system, and fuel system service. There are a few sctratches and rock chips, nothing unusual for a 65K mile car. Two of the wheels have curb rash from the previous owner, but an alloy wheel specialist said it was simply cosmetic and could be fixed.

I hate to sell this car because it's incredible in all weather conditions and it's really a blast to drive. I've recently graduated college and I've been looking to buy myself a 2004+ Pontiac GTO 6-speed as a congratualory gift to myself, but I have to give up the X before I can make the purchase.
