Original owner, non-smoker, always garaged, no snow/salt, always a second vehicle, your basic sunny day garage queen. 29,8XX miles. $19,200 and located in central Virginia. Need to sell because I'm buying a Jeep for different type of toy. Need the money, need the garage.

The car has:

ROH Drift R wheels (18x10 r, 18x8 ft) or you could opt for the factory 17's,
Pedders Street II suspension kit (the factory suspension is vague)
Billet Pro Shifter shift kit (manual 6-speed transmission),
SLP skid plat (lighter & easier oil changes)

The engine, exhaust, etc. is stock. I have the original 17" wheels if you prefer those or would like to pay extra for them on top of the ROH wheels, the original suspension (free to the buyer of the car), original shifter (free to the buyer of the car), original skid plat (free to the buyer of the car).

The car has not seen snow, nitrous, teen age drivers, my wife, or more than half dozen rain events. Regular oil changes w/ Mobile 1. I also have the ashtray (not used) and the original window sticker. This car looks great, drives great and handles great (see the Pedder's suspension).

Interesting article on Fox website regarding the "five best cars that were flops". New era GTO was one and, in the writer's opinion, the Monaro is one of the best cars GM ever built. The motor speaks for itself. Hang in with your price. Oh, the article also opined that the new era GTO may be a future collectible. I've always thought that would be the case.

Thanks Yeller and Gota. For those interested, I'm at $18,700 with a potential purchaser and that includes both sets of wheels and all original parts. Buyer does not yet have financing in place so I'm still taking offers.

This has only been posted once to Craigslist and on this forum. If this deal falls through it will be on autotrader. Title in hand so I'm not sweating the next payment or anything.

Now for fun, who can guess what they're looking at below?

It looks like I've sold it. All that remains is to meet up and exchange paper. $18k with the factory 17"s. As an appraiser (real estate) I regularly talk about what stuff in a market is bought and sold for. I do think prices on these cars have ticked up over the past year, but I think it has more to do w/ comparable new 400hp cars costing $40k new, not $30k.

This means I'll have the set of 18" ROH Drifts, 18x8 front 18x10 rear, available for sale ($750, I'll start a separate thread on the wheels) once the car is gone. The front tires are good, the rear need replacing. Set of Mcguard locking lug nuts included.

Judge, the pic is a built LSX 427 wedged into what appears from the outside to be simply a regular Wrangler. The confusing part is that I think it's just a used L92 intake on top. Sleeper...
