I really hate to do it but I need to look for a vehicle that is a little better on gas. I drive 70 miles (all highway) for my job. You know the story, same as a lot of guys who are getting rid of their GTO's.

Nice goat. If I had the cash flow i would buy it just to have it next to my 06. I recently contiplated on selling my goat but for different reasons. Thought about making a room out of the garage and buying something that I can leave outside and drive in any type of weather without feeling sick to my stomach. Wife even sugested building another unattached garage out back of the house, but doesnt realize the expense, driveway, pad for garage, electric, etc. Was thinking about buying a hoopty to drive around in when weather is bad and all like I had a few years ago, but it seems to be a waste of insurance and registration. I have had the goat a year and three months brand new and only have 1,480 something on the odometer. Now that is a waste of car payment and high insurance. Just dont drive her when weather is bad, get picked up for work or take wifes Tahoe when she isnt working.

Still undecided. Im working on now finishing the basement for a possible large play room for the kids. The house has a living room, four bedrooms, two full baths, full basement, large kitchen, sunroom/sitting room, and attached garage. There is no pressure from wife, she knows how much I love my goat. I was just pondering it lately thinking money I could save on payment and insurance. Payment is not really bad. It is just the fact that I dont use her all the time and sometimes feel like I am just wastin' my cash. Decisions decisions. Good luck.

NJ, if its a buy, then it doesnt really matter if you drive it much or not, for me the Dream day is when the payments are DONE!! 6 years for me. Thats when the heavy mods come in. What you need to do is put some damn miles on it!
