From the description, I don't see why it couldn't work with 6-speeds. The cost isn't too bad. I am going to check into this after I return from Iraq.

I would think with the six speed once the car is in gear it would either start driving or turn off. I have an auto start on a honda prelude and that thing will drive about 10ft or so before it MIGHT turn off. So i'm not to fond of that idea. but as long as you leave it in neutral no prob.

I think it’s just an electronic lockout that prevents the car from being started without the key fob.

Your right I reread that description.

Here it is copied and pasted
Attach the key Tag to your key ring. To start the vehicle, simply pass the Tag close to system reader. A confirming chirp will signal that the vehicle can be started in its normal fashion. The system automatically re-arms whenever the ignition is shut off and 30 seconds have elapsed.
