$22,000 or best offer and its in rhode island, some other things are it has the gm extended 5 year 75,000 mile warranty, volant cold air intake, pictures above are a few months old but if you would like some new ones i could get those to you also

yes the black wheels are with the car, they are currently on the car and have new tires and the stock 17" wheels come with it also just one rim doesn't have a tire due to a blowout.
