WTT - '06 Grand Prix GXP for '05 or '06 GTO M6

I was planning to sell my car in the next couple of months and start the search for a GTO. I thought I'd post to see if anyone that currently has a GTO to sell would consider a trade for my loaded (everything but Nav) and perfect '06 GXP.

Details of GTO wanted:
Looking for an '05 or '06 (prefer '06) M6 with low miles and a few mods. Exterior color is open, but I would like a black/gray interior. Hoping to find a car that has been loved and is in near new condition.

Details of GXP to trade:
My GXP is black with dark leather and ultrasuede. The car is near new and has only 11,500 miles on it. It is loaded with all options except Nav (that means, moon roof, HUD, 6 disc CD, Monsoon, heated seats, factory remote start, etc, etc). I bought the car last summer as a GM certified used car. It has the 3/36 factory warranty, and the certified 5/100k powertrain warranty.

The GXP is a great all around car. Very quick and can haul a family. The car is stock except for a K&N CAI, and a tune from Vector Motorsports in Metro Detroit. The car has been to the local drag strip once and ran a best time of 13.9 @102 mph on street tires with full weight.

I have a loan on this car that can be assumed if GMAC approved. The loan was a special GM certified car rate of 2.9%. If you have your GTO financed through GMAC also we may be able to assume each others loan (if your interest rate is good!) I am very flexible and would love to get myself into a GTO, and get you into an awesome family sports car.

If nobody is interested I will go through with my original plan and put the GXP up for sale in a few months, then pick up my GTO.

I am in the Metro Detroit, MI area and would prefer to work out a trade some where reasonably close (i.e. not California).
