I have finally gotten back to my '64 Tempest project. Removed the interior (seat belts, seats, carpet and sound deadener etc.) to inspect the floors. Here is what I found. It is better than I thought but worse than I had hoped for Looks like I may be able to patch as oppose to replacing the entire floor pans. What do you think?

Try Ames or OPGI for these parts. Not sure if either ships to Canada, but Ames is located in New Hampshire. Good luck.
I only had to replace my driver's floor and trans tunnel so I purchased the left full lengh. I cut out the steel I needed from the full lengh and do not need the rear section which includes under the drivers seat and rear left passenger floor. I also have the floor to firewall piece. Here are some pictures and if your interested in purchasing these for a good deal send me a PM.
We didn't flange the metal, We overlapped the metal, punched holes in the top metal and welded through the hole and closed the hole with weld. Then we welded along the edge of the metal where it is on top of the original floor.
Then we covered the area with seam sealer to hide the overlapping. The high build primer will cover most of the imperfections in the seam sealer.
