64 GTO Fuel Pump Bolts?

I am getting ready to change my fuel pump on my 64 GTO. What size and configuration (12 point?) are these? They look like a special bolt. I did not expect that on a old car.

The bolts are 3/8-16. Most have a reduced size hex head for socket clearance, but some are 3/8" 12-points. You can use any 3/8-16 bolt.
