Are 65 and 66 Frames the same?

I have a 66 GTO and I found a 65 Frame that is done blasted painted new brake lines and a good price I wanted to know if they were the same. I think th hurd the hoods are the same too? Any thing eles the same from the 65 I can useon the 66.
