Nooo Not Jessica Simpson Too?

Today is indeed a bad day for Celebs breaking up...... It's being reported Tony Romo has dumped Jessica Simpson. 3 in one day !!

I wonder who the next excuse for his poor performances will be.

Many who know me will tell you I am a jokester and prankster. I wrote this "news story" a while ago an emailed it to a buddy who bought it hook line and sinker until he read the last paragraph. I thought I'd share it.

Irving, TX (AP) January 30,2008

Jerry Jones owner of the Dallas Cowboys, today, had a meeting with Tony Romo the Cowboys much maligned Quarterback concerning his future with the team. With his agent present, and lawyers for the Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones, Jones addressed the poor performances of this late season, and last season’s playoff debacles.

According to Jones, Romo’s poor performances are being cited on his lack of focus when he is reported with his girlfriends or they are in attendance at Cowboy games. It was reported by unmanned sources that during the Cowboys game with the Washington Redskins, a game the Cowboys needed to win to clinch home field advantage, Romo was seen and overheard having sexually explicit side line phone conversations with girlfriend Jessica Simpson who was in attendance viewing the game from a VIP lounge.

Romo was photographed text messaging Simpson throughout the game. Those photos were sent to Jones from Cowboy players who were disgruntled with Romo’s play which eventually cost the Cowboys the game and his poorest performance, and QB Rating to date. His previous poorest performance was when he was dating American Idol singer and winner Carrie Underwood. The Cowboys lost that game. Jones discussed Romo’s play after the game with the Redskin’s and warned Romo not to jeopardize the team for the sake of love. He further ordered Romo not to invite Simpson to the playoff game with the Giants and to avoid any contact with her during any future games.

It was learned in the meeting with Tony, and his agent, Jones hired a private investigator to film and photograph Romo on the sidelines during the Cowboys’ playoff loss to the Giants, a game the Cowboys were favored to win by fourteen points. During the Giant game, Romo was videotaped text messaging Simpson on 6 different occasions, and 4 cell phone conversations between the 2 were photographed and video tapped. The conversation between the two has been deemed confidential but sources say they were sexually explicit in nature.

Romo was reportedly fined 300,000 dollars for violating Jones’s direct order, and although he played better than he did against the Redskins, Jones blamed Romo’s lack of focus particularly the interception at the end of the game which cost the Cowboys the game and a chance to meet the Green Bay Packers in the NFC title game. Before the Cowboys final possession, Romo was filmed laughing on the sidelines on a cell phone call to Simpson. Phone records revealed the call was made by Romo to Simpson. The call lasted 2 minutes 4 seconds.

Jones was so irate with Romo, he had to be restrained by club officials it was said. Jones has restructured Romo’s contract. It is reported by team officials; In order for Romo to remain a Cowboy, Romo must undergo castration and forfeit to the Cowboys his earnings from the playoff game with the Giants. He must also refrain from any contacts with any females during Cowboy practices, and games in the future or risk relinquishing any earnings should he be caught doing so.

Romo and his agent have until the Pro Bowl to decide to accept Jones’s terms or expect to be released.
The Cowboys’s loss to the Giants, propelled the Giants to meet the New England Patriots in Super bowl XLlII on February 3, 2008.
