I wonder how many they will purchase? I don't see how this can really work out considering that the majority of GTO's for sale are from private sellers. I'd think that they would go for something a bit more practical, like the Mustang GT. It has enough power, and is still for sale in the new car market. They can buy a bunch at wholesale. Good find Alex.

I remember the Camaro when I supported U-2 operations overseas, I've rode chase car that was fun. The GTO will last for awile, most likely all the Camaros have been replace allready. The GTO might be the last chase car for the U-2, this is not fact, I'm saying this because the U-2 might give way to UAV's. When I was with the U-2 squadron we had one older 4th gen Camaro the LT1 powered car and two LS1's. They allways have the new Camaro to fall back on too.

I know where they can get a QSM with the full SAP, all matching numbers. A steal at 200K.... they can have it. 200K may be low balling myself. Uncle Sam doesn't bat an eye at 500 dollar claw hammers. 200K would BAIL me out.
