Go to forum at the top toolbar. Choose the forum your topic belongs in, and then click it. At the top of the forum after you click it, you'll see something that says "Post New Topic" or something like that. Click it and then post your thread. I know how you feel, it took me FOREVER to find that hahahaha good luck
