1970 The Judge recreation
Car was repaired, restored, and put back to near original authentic Judge condition.
Pontiac Posi 3:55.1 rear end installed October 2010
TH400 Transmission, valve body rebuilt.
This car was taken apart restored and reproduced as a Judge. A lot of time, effort and expense was done doing this correct. Attention was paid to detail. This is NOT a cheap imitation clone.
The car is not a trailer queen or a dust magnet, this car is driven in ideal weather conditions.

Drivetrain

Carter/Rochester Quadra-Jet carburetor. Carb was rebuilt, set and tuned.
Engine torn down inspected, flushed, cleaned put back. Engine has a Ram Air IV cam and some upgraded internal performance parts.
Engine painted with Eastwood's Pontiac Medium Blue Metallic Hi-Temp Ceramic paint. Parts powder-coated, and cleared natural. Mostly all new parts. Original alternator restored, re-stamped. Mallory Electronic ignition replaced the original points set up.
New radiator core support installed.
New Fuel lines, and brake lines.
Engine re-assembled in accordance to concourse Judge likeness.
To aid in engine performance and cooling, the flex fan was removed and replaced with a clutch fan. A 160 degree high flow thermostat was added and water wetter installed in the coolant. Car's operating temperature in temps to about 75° is about 165° on hot days of 85-90° the car's operating temperature is between 175-180 degrees.

Black interior. New headliner, seats recovered.
OEM restored dash clock with quartz movement
PHS PMD raised wood-grain steering wheel original to car.
Interior trunk freshened up and painted using Eastwood's black/aqua splatter paint and then cleared.

All urethane parts. New front springs, worn front end parts replaced including shocks. Rear springs have Budzter 1-1/2 spring spacers.
