Not a good investment as a "classic muscle car" (It's a LeMans), but for the price, a lot of fun for the money spent. Probably couldn't duplicate it for 14k. What do you want? A fun car, or a blue chip investment, or both?
I would pay that or more for the real deal. In your original post you said you wanted a GTO. Wait for the right one and you will be rewarded for your patience. Just my .02 cents worth.....
I'm NOT BAD MOUTHING ANYONE but, I always look at a car or have it looked at before I buy it.......A lot of things that look 'mint' to me might look like "gack' to you........02 Eric:cheers
A 6X headed 455 in a 70 LeMans with a GTO front end? He claims its a RA4, but no way does it have 722 or 614 heads on it. Well, the front end sheetmetal is worth a few grand if its original and not filled with bondo. If it doesnt have holes plugged with filler that will rust out in a couple years, then its not a bad car. Hard to tell from here, but it is from Michigan, and trust me they rust here. You can get a real GTO for that money right now.
