Site Navigation column, etc...??

Is there any way to eliminate or relocate the "Site Navigation" etc. on the left side of the screen? Maybe a setting I don't know about? It is very annoying to have to scroll left to right EVERY time I click on absolutely anything.

Have you tried maximizing the IE page, click on the full screen icon on the top right. Let me know if that helps. To my knowledge the side banner can't be removed.

I'm at full screen. Does your screen not require you to scroll sideways?
