'63 Swiss Cheese Catalina

Did anyone happen to catch that the Union Park '63 factory light-weight Catalina is on Ebay right now, for a mere $548,000 opening bid? What an impressive car!

Hey, at that price I'll take 2! I favor the big Pontiacs and this is no exception. The thing about a car like this is that you want to keep the collector value up, so you can't really drive it or put miles on it. I'm not much for trailer queens.

Holy cow, that's beautiful. I notice several quirky things - single exhaust? Tiny little master cylinder, you'd think 488 HP and a 4.33 rear end would warrant a little more braking! $1,240 for the 421 option, man that makes me want to go back in time....

I love that stock 2-4bbl. Pontiac intake with the 2 carter afbs. notice this powerplant has no fan clutch, just an aluminum spacer n solid steel fan blade.
